Introduction (Product Introduction)
Oxytetracycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic from the tetracycline class, used for the treatment and prevention of bacterial infections in livestock and poultry. This drug inhibits protein synthesis in bacteria, thereby preventing their growth and multiplication, and is effectively used in the treatment of various infectious diseases in animals.


Composition
Each 300 ml of oxytetracycline solution contains:

  • Oxytetracycline hydrochloride: 6 g
  • Gentian violet: 0.6 g
  • Excipients: up to 300 ml

Indications
Oxytetracycline spray is used for:

  • Treatment of skin wounds
  • Treatment of hoof infections (foot rot)
  • Treatment of secondary infections caused by external parasites
  • Abscesses and pustules
  • Prevention of infections following surgical procedures, castration, and dehorning

Dosage & Administration
First clean the affected area, then shake the spray can well and apply from a distance of approximately 30 cm onto the affected site. Repeat this procedure 2–3 times daily until complete recovery.


Contraindications
None.


Precautions

  • Avoid spraying near the eyes and face.
  • Do not use or place the spray can near open flames.
  • Do not puncture the spray can.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Conditions
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C, protect from light, and prevent freezing.
