Introduction (Product Introduction)
Tiamulin 12.5% is an effective antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity, used for the treatment and control of bacterial infections in poultry. This drug is formulated as an oral solution with good absorption and plays a key role in controlling respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases caused by sensitive bacteria.
Use of Tiamulin 12.5% helps improve flock health, reduce mortality, and enhance production efficiency, making it a reliable choice in therapeutic and management programs in poultry farms.


Composition
Each milliliter of Tiamulin 12.5% contains 125 mg of Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate.


Indications
Tiamulin 12.5% is recommended for the prevention and treatment of diseases such as CRD complex, synovitis, infectious sinusitis, and Coryza.


Dosage & Administration

  • Prevention of CRD in poultry and infectious sinusitis in turkeys:
    1 liter per 1,000 liters of drinking water for 3 days during the first week of life, then 1–2 days every 3–4 weeks.
  • Treatment of CRD in poultry and infectious sinusitis in turkeys:
    2 liters per 1,000 liters of drinking water for 3–5 days.

Note: Duration and dosage should be determined by a veterinarian or clinician.


Contraindications
None.


Drug Interactions
Avoid use with ionophore compounds such as salinomycin, monensin, and narasin one week before and after Tiamulin administration.


Withdrawal Period

  • Broiler poultry: 2 days before slaughter
  • Eggs: No withdrawal period
  • Turkeys: 5 days before slaughter

Precautions
The prepared medicated solution should be consumed within a maximum of 12 hours.


Storage Conditions
Store in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C, protect from light, and prevent freezing.
