Product Introduction:

AquaClean HP® is a powerful and safe disinfectant based on hydrogen peroxide and silver nitrate, designed for disinfection of water and water supply systems, air, surfaces and equipment, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, livestock, poultry and aquaculture facilities, as well as milk transport tanks.
The main advantage of this product is its ability to be used safely in the presence of animals without leaving harmful residues (at recommended doses).

Indications:

• Cleaning and removal of biofilm in water lines and tanks.
• Maintaining and improving drinking water quality during production cycles.
• Disinfection of drinkers, equipment, and surfaces in livestock, poultry, and pet facilities.
• Disinfection of incubators and eggs in hatcheries.
• Disinfection of livestock and poultry houses, slaughterhouses, and packaging units.
• Disinfection in dairy industries: floors, walls, ceilings, and milk transport equipment.
• Disinfection of fish farming ponds.

Dosage & Administration:

Before using on sensitive metal surfaces, perform a spot test. Adjust the exact dose according to contamination level and specialist recommendation.

1) Complete Biofilm Removal (No Animals Present)

1. Prepare a 10% solution and spray on the inner walls of water tanks; rinse after 30 minutes.
2. Calculate the water volume in the pipes and fill the tank accordingly.
3. Add the solution to reach a final concentration of 3%, fill the entire system, and leave for 12 hours.
4. Drain the system completely and flush with clean water.

2) 10-Day Protocol (Animals Present)

3) Maintaining Water Quality During Rearing

• Once a week or after adding medication/vitamins: 100 mL per 1000 L of water for 24 hours.

• 30–50 mL per 1000 L of water daily (depending on contamination level).

5) Drinking Troughs (Livestock Farms)

• Spray 10% solution on the walls, brush and rinse after 30 minutes.

6) Hatcheries

• Incubators: 2–5% solution.
• Eggs: 2–3% solution, applied via misting or fogging.

7) Poultry Houses and Farm Air

• Poultry houses (after cleaning): 2–5% solution, approximately 1 L per 10 m².
• Air disinfection in presence of chicks: 0.5–1% solution (1 L in 200 L water) via spraying or fogging.
• Livestock farms (maternity pens, milking areas, calf barns): 1–4% solution.

8) Other Applications

• Slaughterhouses and packaging units: 0.5–2% solution for surfaces and transport tools.
• Dairy industries: 2% solution for floors, walls, ceilings, and milk transport equipment.
• General equipment disinfection: 1–3% solution.
• Fish ponds: 20 mL per 1000 L of water.
